The company was incorporated in Ontario in 2006 and brings together a team of high-level academic researchers, pharmaceutical industry experts, medical device industry experts, and corporate finance professionals to execute a targeted product strategy aimed primarily at the pharmaceutical industry, and medical practitioners who are located both inside and outside of the hospital. Eventually, non-medical users will also be pursued in the wellness lifestyle industry.
