Thomas Braun B.A., LL.B., LL.M.
Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Braun has been the sole shareholder of Braun & Company since 1999, a Vancouver, Canada, based law firm, which limits its practice to corporate securities law. Mr. Braun is currently President and CEO of Zenith Industries Corp. (TSX-V: ZIN) and was President and CEO of Vorsatech Ventures, Inc. prior to its merger with Synutra International Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT). He has conducted dozens of mergers and acquisitions and going public transactions.
Mr. Braun earned a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of San Francisco specializing in International Business Transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association; and is also a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court Appeals.
Ralph Braun, B.A., M.B.A., C.G.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Ralph Braun has been the Chief Financial Officer of J-Pacific Gold Inc. (TSXV: JPN, OTCBB: JPNJF), a mineral exploration firm with projects in British Columbia, Quebec and Nevada, since November 2001. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Braun worked as Controller for Canadian Home Income Plan Corporation, with responsibilities for reporting on multiple finance, organization and servicing entities for reverse mortgages. Mr. Braun also developed a contact management, underwriting, processing, servicing and reporting database and application to service the needs of the Canadian Home Income Plan Corporation country wide.
Mr. Braun is a member of the Certified General Accountant Association of British Columbia, and holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Daryoosh Saeedkia, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Daryoosh Saeedkia holds both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. He received his Doctorate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Ph.D.) from the University of Waterloo, in 2005.
During his Ph.D. research, Dr. Saeedkia made significant contributions to research and development activities in the area of emerging TeraHertz, Photonics, and superconductor technologies. He was nominated by the University for the 2006 Douglas R. Colton Award for Research Excellence, and was designated by the University for Outstanding Achievement in Graduate Studies. He was furthermore granted the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Innovation Challenge Award in 2006.
A significant focus in Dr. Saeedkia’s research has been pulse signal and continuous-wave TeraHertz sources and detectors. He has done a comprehensive study of the interaction of lasers with ultra-fast photoconductors and high-temperature superconductors, and provided a deep physical insight into the photomixing phenomenon in these materials. Dr. Saeedkia has designed several novel high-power single element and array TeraHertz sources. He has fabricated and successfully tested the first generation of his devices using CMC Microsystems facilities and has received a fabrication grant from CMC Microsystems for his miniaturized TeraHertz biosensor chips.
Dr. Saeedkia is currently an Assistant Research Professor in the RF/Microwave and Photonics Research Group at the University of Waterloo. He has developed a TeraHertz spectroscopy setup at the University, to test and characterize developed TeraHertz devices and systems. He is currently co-supervising two Ph.D. students and managing the newly established TeraHertz lab.
George Hatch
Vice President of Business Development
George Hatch has been a venture capital faciltator for several private and public companies over the the last 15 years. Mr. Hatch co-founded a Seatle based company, Micro Vision Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS), and secured initial start-up financing as well as $6 million bridge financing to proceed to NASDAQ. He also sat on the Board of Directors for 1 year. Due to his previous experience Mr. Hatch has also raised capital for several other junior companies in Hi tech as well as miniing. One of these companies ia Searchlight Minerals (OTCBB: SRCH). Mr Hatch continues in this capacity with T-Ray Science, Inc., and is also Vice President of Business Development.
Anna Trinh, B.Comm, LL.B

Corporate Counsel
Anna Trinh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in August 2007.
During the past five years Ms. Trinh has had experience in advising OTC Companies regarding regulatory and other compliance filings, general corporate finance and corporate management matters.
