Thomas Braun BA, JD, LLM

Prior to founding the company, Thomas Braun practiced corporate securities law at Braun and Co., specializing in representing small high tech public companies. Mr. Braun is currently President and CEO of LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. (TSX-V: LGS) and was President and CEO of Vorsatech Ventures, Inc. prior to its merger with Synutra International Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT).  He has conducted dozens of mergers and acquisitions and going public transactions.

Mr. Braun earned a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of San Francisco specializing in International Business Transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association; and is also a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court Appeals.

Ralph Braun, BA, MBA, CGA
Chief Financial Officer

Ralph Braun is an experienced public company CFO.  He has also worked as Controller for Canadian Home Income Plan Corporation, with responsibilities for reporting on multiple finance, organization and servicing entities for reverse mortgages.  Mr. Braun also developed a contact management, underwriting, processing, servicing and reporting database and application to service the needs of the Canadian Home Income Plan Corporation country wide.

Mr. Braun is a member of the Certified General Accountant Association of British Columbia, and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from the University of British Columbia.

Tom Walker
Senior Vice President of Business Development

Tom Walker has over 25 years of North American and International experience in healthcare markets, including senior management roles with Eli Lilly, Cardinal Health and AGFA Healthcare.  Mr. Walker has been involved with several Waterloo based early-stage companies, successfully assisting those companies in building revenue and positioning them for sale to larger companies; including the merger of Mitra Imaging Inc. with AGFA Healthcare. 

Mr. Walker has demonstrated success in corporate governance, strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing, operational management and the development of strategic and financial partners.  He has extensive early-stage experience in medical device and diagnostic Life Science markets.

Anna Trinh, B.Comm, LLB

Anna Trinh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in August 2007.

During the past five years Ms. Trinh has had experience in advising OTC Companies regarding regulatory and other compliance filings, general corporate finance and corporate management matters.

Ms. Trinh is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association (BC) and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
